2012: The Year that Was

The year is 2013 and we STILL aren’t living like the Jetsons! The 10yr old me thought we would be in Flying cars by now.

Even though we aren’t there yet, I still can’t believe we are in 2013! This year I have a lot to look forward to.

2012 had many ups and downs: I celebrated my 7yr wedding anniversary with my best friend, I watched a great friend graduate from college and move to NYC, I saw close friends become first time parents, we finally took a vacation after four years, I became a house wife, We decided to try to have a family, Found out that I have problems with infertility but my head is high and I know that we will make it through the ups and downs that 2013 has to offer us.

My husband and I will be 30 this year and I think it’s a perfect time to start a family. I know we have a long road ahead of us but hey, it’s 2013 there are so many medical advances and I know we were meant to be parents. I have a feeling we will be, 2013 will be our year. I hope everyone has a great year. Here are some highlights of my favorite times this year.

Visiting Both sides of our families in MI in May

Having my niece and sister down from MI and taking them to the beach

Meeting Fellow Vlogger/Blogger Dearnatural62 and LoveLossAndLacquer

Great recap! Thanks for sharing. I’ll keep you and you’re husband in my prayers regarding having children. My OB told me it would be hard or nearly impossible to conceive and here I am expecting a baby girl any day now. 2013 will indeed be an awesome year for you!

Wow! What a great story. I’m having a miracle baby too! I wasn’t sure I could get pregnant or not but doctors didn’t want me to due to some medical things going on but I found out I was pregnant right before I was deciding whether or not I would begin and easive treatment that might not have even worked and would have dampered my chances of having kids in the future. That’s the short lol but if you wanna read about it you can check out my blog!

What a blessing your life is and your baby will be. So sorry about the nausea but they say the nausea is a good sign. I had all day nausea but it wasn’t as bad as yours. I too lost weight! I’m currently 30 weeks and each week I’m so thankful for my little miracle! I love seeing your excitement on ig (I’m camilly4lyfe on there) and I’m glad I came to check your blog out to get and understanding of the joy. I know a lot of women are so happy when they find out they’re pregnant but when you’ve been through something and the prospect of it not happening the way you planned seems to be your reality…man! And then bam! When you least expect it, pregnant lol. Such a surprise and an honor and a miracle from God. I pray your pregnancy continues to thrive and can’t wait to see pics of your little one!
